The Shanghai Tunnels Heritage Tour is a fascinating look at Portland's “Old Town” history and some of the miss-guided enterprises that took place in the Portland Underground between 1850 and 1941, which earned it the reputation as “the most dangerous port in the world.” This guided tour will start in the afternoon at Hobo's Restaurant and lasts approximately one and one half hours.
